Gabi ka-dabi wanted to know how to grow taller or how to get longer. I have searched on google and it looks like you must eat/drink dairy foods (like cheese and yogurt) and boiled chicken.
You can't skip a meal and have to eat breakfast. Avoid "junk" food and drink 6-8 glasses of water or vegetable juice or sugar-free juice per day. Drink full cream dairy milk (I suggest having a2 milk because it's full cream, authentic milk from cows).

You can't make your legs longer (growing accepted) but you can make it appear longer. Wearing shorter items of clothing revealing our legs and also wear high heels or heeled shoes.
